AVP to VP SBA Credit Analyst
This is a Fulltime position in Buffalo Grove, IL posted July 1, 2023.
Candidate must have excellent and diverse credit skills. Handling the underwriting of SBA loans 7A mainly and some 504 and Commercial Real Estate loans of average deal sizes to $5 million to $20 million. These are for serval Community banks in Chicago.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for working with them on various and complex underwriting of the loans on a day to day to basis, as well as reading the financials and preparing a cash flow analysis when needed, and spreads and any other types of reports.
In some case managing a portfolio of accounts.
Qualifications
Must be formally credit trained with a bank and have minimum of 2 years’ experience in SBA credit.
Location
Banks are Downtown Chicago in the West Loop and also up north in Buffalo Grove area.
