Our firm is currently conducting a search for our Large Corporate to Community Banks for an AVP, VP and SVP Hybrid Commercial Lenders; Lenders working on both Commercial Real Estate and Commercial Loans.
Client base of mixed-use, strip malls, shopping centers, and non-owner occupied, and new construction, and refinance
Manufacturers, Distributor’s, professionals and lawyers and doctors
Business Bankers: Average deal sizes up to $2 million to $5 million, average revenue sizes up to $25 million
Middle Market Lender: Average deal sizes up to $5 million to $15 million, average revenue sizes up to $50 million to $125 million
Required Skills
Prior commercial Lending Experience, formal credit training at a bank, computer literacy, ability to develop and present loan packages.
Required Experience
The Commercial Lender will be primarily responsible for generating and underwriting new commercial loans for Commercial Loans and existing and prospective customers. This position will close and service approved loans, in some cases the servicing of an existing portfolio. Assist in the marketing activities for the Bank through involvement in the community. Also, develop profitable deposit and loan relationships through a well-planned calling effort on existing customers and referral sources. The successful candidate will have an advanced knowledge and understanding of commercial lending practices with three to five years of experience. A specialized knowledge of specific markets in order to serve defined territories is required. A strong background in financial and credit analysis.
