Workout Specialist

This is for a bank handling the workout of non-performing loans, Commercial and Commercial Real Estate loans, SBA experience is a plus.

Handle the loan modification, renewals, and extension for troubled loan borrowers.

Responsible for conducting the loan review analysis of the loans in the portfolio, as well as the workout of the loans. In addition to evaluating compliance with regulatory guidelines and bank policies, assessing the conditions and quality of the individual credits based on financial, collateral and documentation analysis.
