Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n Multi-faceted position in which primary responsibilities involve the preparation of portfolio consumer mortgage loan disclosures and closing documents using LaserPro, as well as processing and closing commercial real estate loans, residential and commercial construction loans, and real estate investment loans. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, contacting title companies and insurance companies to complete files; post-closing tasks such as loading loans onto loan servicing system, preparing general ledger tickets, and\u00a0 following down on post-closing documentation; and various other loan servicing and administration duties related to managing a community bank portfolio.<\/p>\n Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n Minimum 5-years of experience in processing consumer mortgage loan documentation, preferably in a portfolio lending environment.<\/p>\n Must have a solid understanding of RESPA and other consumer lending regulations associated with consumer loan processing.<\/p>\n Duties \/ Skill Set<\/strong><\/p>\n Must maintain and assure that credit files and all other related loan files are in compliance with policy and procedures.<\/p>\n Job Location Location<\/strong> Progressive community bank with a flexible, but fast paced working environment as a means to provide high service to borrower\u2019s financing needs and retain bank\u2019s competitive advantage in the marketplace.
