{"id":290,"date":"2023-07-01T09:33:17","date_gmt":"2023-07-01T14:33:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/louisrizziandassociates.com\/job-postings\/?p=290"},"modified":"2023-07-12T21:47:19","modified_gmt":"2023-07-13T02:47:19","slug":"hybrid-commercial-lender-13","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/louisrizziandassociates.com\/job-postings\/hybrid-commercial-lender-13\/","title":{"rendered":"Hybrid Commercial Lender"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Our firm is currently conducting a search for our Large Corporate to Community Banks for an AVP, VP and SVP Hybrid Commercial Lenders;\u00a0Lenders working on both Commercial Real Estate and Commercial Loans.<\/p>\n<p>Client base of mixed-use, strip malls, shopping centers, and non-owner occupied, and new construction, and refinance<\/p>\n<p>Manufacturers, Distributor\u2019s, professionals and lawyers and doctors<\/p>\n<p>Business Bankers: Average deal sizes up to $2 million to $5 million, average revenue sizes up to $25 million<\/p>\n<p>Middle Market Lender: Average deal sizes up to $5 million to $15 million, average revenue sizes up to $50 million to $125 million<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Analyze financial status of prospective customers as well as the feasibility of their loan requests on an ongoing basis.<\/li>\n<li>Present loan proposals to appropriate personnel or Loan Committee.<\/li>\n<li>Entertain corporate decision makers to further develop business.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain portfolio quality by efficiently managing past dues, overdrafts, policy exceptions and documentation exceptions.<\/li>\n<li>Assist peers in preparation of loan packages.<\/li>\n<li>Attend group marketing meetings to discuss current loans and prospects.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for accurately closing the loan which can include in some cases the following:<br \/>\n&#8211; Reviewing the loan documents for exceptions.<br \/>\n&#8211; Securing the proper signatures on all documents.<br \/>\n&#8211; Approving funding of the loan.<\/li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<li>Local Contacts and Portfolio preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Required Skills<\/strong><br \/>\nPrior commercial Lending Experience, formal credit training at a bank, computer literacy, ability to develop and present loan packages.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Experience<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Commercial Lender will be primarily responsible for generating and underwriting new commercial loans for Commercial Loans and existing and prospective customers. This position will close and service approved loans, in some cases the servicing of an existing portfolio. Assist in the marketing activities for the Bank through involvement in the community. Also, develop profitable deposit and loan relationships through a well-planned calling effort on existing customers and referral sources. The successful candidate will have an advanced knowledge and understanding of commercial lending practices with three to five years of experience. A specialized knowledge of specific markets in order to serve defined territories is required.
