Louis Rizzi & Associates, Inc. (L.R.A.), is a locally owned and managed Banking and Credit Union Recruiting firm in the Western Suburbs of Chicago established in 1999. Louis Rizzi

Lou is involved in all aspects of the company, while his expertise is recruiting for numerous executive searches in the Chicagoland market for the companies various banks and credit union clients since 1999.
His early career he has always been an entrepreneur and has had several different successful businesses from retail to distribution companies that he started and ran. In his different business, he was fortunate to meet and be exposed to many different bankers and real estate owners through the years and to be mentored by some of the best. He, in turn, learned the banking side of the business from all aspects of it. Lou focuses on networking and finding talented candidates some of them include Sr. level Lenders, and Team Leaders and Division Heads to CEO, CCO’s to Presidents of banks, as well as various levels of Credit Analyst and Portfolio managers.

Lisa is involved in the day to day task of operations, as well as recruiting and building and creating new relationships with various banks and credit unions in the Chicagoland market.
Lisa has a long history and experience in working with her father in his various businesses from retail to distribution companies to the recruiting business. She has been fortunate to have hands-on experience working and learning from her dad through the years. She was part of starting and growing Louis Rizzi & Associates, Inc. since 1999. Joseph V. Rizzi
Financial Consultant
Banking consultant and private investor, prior to that he was a Senior investment strategist for CapGen Financial, a private equity firm focused on financial institutions. Prior to that, he also worked at ABN AMRO for a number of years in both the U.S. and Holland. He worked in the areas of risk management, structured finance, acquisition finance and asset liability management. The author of numerous articles on lending, risk management, and financial accounting. He was also a frequent lecturer to academic and professional groups. He holds a BA degree (summa cum laude) from DePaul University, and an MBA from The University of Chicago. He also holds a JD Degree from Notre Dame University Law School (magna cum laude).
